To make a confirmed booking at BIG4 Glengarry Holiday Park Port Douglas we require a deposit of 2 nights deposit for bookings over 1 day in total.

Otherwise 1 night deposit for 1 nightly bookings.

Policy

TO MAKE A CONFIRMED BOOKING

To make a confirmed booking at BIG4 Glengarry Holiday Park Port Douglas we require a deposit of 2 nights deposit for bookings over 1 day in total.

Otherwise 1 night deposit for 1 nightly bookings. Full payment of accomodation balance on arrival is mandatory. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
When making a direct reservation with BIG4 Port Douglas Glengarry Holiday Park, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted by park owners subject to the following cancellation policy guidelines.  

LOW SEASON
Deposits will only be refunded if we are notified of your cancellation BEFORE 9 am on the day PRIOR to your scheduled arrival.  If you cancel after this time, refund will be at discretion of management.

MID/HIGH SEASON
Deposits will only be refunded if you notify us of your cancellation at least 60 days PRIOR to your scheduled arrival date.  LESS than 60 days notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of cabin, villa or site that you had booked can be resold for the length of your booking. Otherwise a Credit Note can be issued and valid for two years from date of issue.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY OF CANCELLATION
If you do not notify us of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10 am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled by us with no moneys refunded. 

ADMINISTRATION FEE
ALL cancellations, in low, mid or high season will incur an administration fee of $50.  This will be retained from refund of deposit.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Should a guest decide to leave early and request a refund, our policy is:

PEAK - NO refunds - Credit Note issued and valid for two years from date of issue

OFF PEAK - If accommodation is not fully booked, a refund will be issued by cheque or credit card.  If accommodation is fully booked for the dates of the early departure, a refund is then subject to the cabin/villa/site being re-let.
