OFFICE /SHOP HOURS – Monday to Sunday 8am-6pm (May- Sept) or 9am-5pm (Oct-April).  After hours phone is situated to the left of reception door if needed or call 0740985922.  Only to used for emergencies or late check-ins.

POOL HOURS: 7am – 9pm
WATER PARK HOURS: 9am – 6pm
Day passes 9am – 5pm
Any person (or parent/gardian on behalf of child) who uses the waterpark area must sign the guest agreement form upon check-in agreeing to abide by all pool/waterpark rules assuming responsibility for yourself and children at all times. All children (3-17 yrs) staying in the park must wear a wristband. All day pass visitor must wear a wristband. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

For everyone’s safety, glass should not be in the pool/water
playground/kids play area.

EARLY DEPARTURES: no refunds will be given should you wish to cut
your stay short.

CHECK OUT: Check out is strictly 10 AM on your day of departure. Booking extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late departures will incur extra fees unless you have discussed it with Management prior.

QUIET TIME: Quiet me is 10.30 pm – 7.00am for the comfort of all guests. Excessive noise or offensive language will not be tolerated. If you are disturbed by noise inside the park then please let us know.

AMENITIES: Children under 8 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all mes, NO riding bikes, rollerblading or scooters are to be used in any of the AMENITY BLOCKS or on the WALKWAYS.

Amenies will be closed between the following hours for cleaning:
Amenies Block 1: 10am -12 noon. Amenies Block 2/3: Partially closed for cleaning in the afternoon.
Disabled/Family Bathroom in amenies 3 is available all year.

SPEED LIMIT: Vehicles, Bicycles, and like must not exceed 5KM within
the park

WATER: Water at the park is drinkable, excluding the taps which are blue and marked, as this is bore water.

TELEVISION: Most of our powered sites have black coaxial cables located at the power box behind the sites and can be plugged directly into your TV aerial or external Caravan outlet. We have TV connectors available at our office for purchase. TV’s located in both camp kitchens
which will go of around 10.00pm.

PEDAL CARTS: Single and Double carts available for hire from Recepon. Helmets provided. Consent form will need to be signed.

BARBEQUES: Amenities Block 1 & 2 have a camp kitchen area with undercover seang and free of charge gas barbeques. There is also a
barbeque in the Bali hut in the
pool area.

FIRES/CHARCOAL: No Charcoal or wood fires/BBQ.
No Generators allowed.

RUBBISH: Please place general rubbish in the red lidded skip bins and only containers with a 10c recycle label in the containers for change bin.

WRAP ALL food scraps in newspaper this helps avoid smelly bins and helps to protect our nave wildlife.

FISH SCRAPS
: We have a freezer for all fish scraps in the internet room beside the office. Please DO NOT PLACE IN BINS.

LAUNDRY: There are two laundries located in the park. Open hours of 7.30am – 9pm Change and washing powder are available from Recepon during office hours. Both the washing machine (cold wash only) and dryers are $4 per load (4 x $1)
We have clothes line available at both amenies.
Please DO NOT erect clothes lines on sites or aach lines to trees.

DUMP POINTS: There are 3 designated Dump Point (DP) Locaons in our Park. Please refer to park map for direcons.

VEHICLES: Mechanical or maintenance work is not to be carried out on vehicles in the park. Due to Fire regulaons we only allow one vehicle per site, any addional vehicles must be parked in the visitor car park.

VISITORS: All visitors must check in at arrival, and any vehicles to be parked in visitor’s car park, which is in front of the bouncing pillow.
If your visitor intends on using any of the facilies such as Swimming Pool/Water Park then a day use fee applies ($15 per person per day) Night visitors aract the normal rate tariff

INTERNET – WIFI HOTSPOT: We have a ‘GHP- WIFI HOT SPOT” beside
the office, at pool & at some sites on north side of the park. Please come to Recepon if you have any problems.

MAIL, MESSAGES AND TELEPHONE: Mail is held in our Office for
collecon in opening hours only.

TOUR BOOKING SERVICE: If you would like informaon and/or brochures on all available tours and local aracons, please call into
our Office and talk to our friendly staff. We are a booking office and all tours can be booked through us at no extra cost. Most tour operators do a pick-up service from our recepon.

PORT DOUGLAS
A leisurely drive of approximately 10 minutes will bring you to the centre of our Port Douglas, where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, newsagency, bakeries, numerous café’s, restaurants and a diverse range of small businesses – boutiques, arts & crafts, jewellers – the majority of which are open seven (7) days a week.

Coles – Macrossan St Port Douglas 6am-9pm daily
Woolworths Mossman – Mon-Fri 61m-10pm, Sat 7am-10pm, Sun 7am-9pm

DRIVING DISTANCES:  Cairns 1hr (60kms), Mossman 15mins (18kms), Daintree River Ferry 45mins (45kms), Cape Tribulation 1h 40mins (90kms), Cooktown 3.5hrs (260kms).
